Ida oli perheessämme useita kertoja hoitamassa 2-4 vuotiaita lapsiamme. Ida oli todella pidetty niin lasten kuin meidän vanhempien mielestä, ja Ida hoiti lapsia osaavasti ja tarjosi heille mielekästä toimintaa. Välipalojen yms valmistaminen lastenhoidon ohessa sujui Idalta myös vaivatta. Ida saapui aina sovitusti ja ajallaan, ja oli luotettava hoitaja pienille lapsillemme. Lapsemme kokivat Idan helposti lähestyttäväksi, miellyttäväksi hoitajaksi, ja jäivät aina Idan hoitoon mielellään. Ida oli lasten mielestä niin kivaa seuraa, että he usein kyselivät milloin Ida voisi taas tulla heitä hoitamaan. Me vanhemmat pystyimme huoletta jättämään lapset luotettavan Idan hoitoon. Ida ei ollut "passiivinen" hoitaja, vaan osallistui itsekin leikkeihin ja peleihin lasten kanssa. Idan seurassa lapsi tulee aidosti nähdyksi ja kuulluksi, ja Ida on kannustava ja positiivinen. Ida on lasten kanssa neuvokas, ja uskon hänen selviytyvän haastavistakin tilanteista monen ikäisten lasten hoitajana! :)
