Alva is a really kind person. My kid loved her. She was playing well with him and take care of the evening routine like a pro. :-) She was explaining what they did and even my kid was missing us before sleeping, Alva managed well the situation and when we came back my son was nicely sleeping. :-)

Before starting your search, take a little time to figure out what your needs are. Full-time support? Part-time care? On-call help? Make a wish list of necessary and preferred characteristics so you can apply the right filters to our web tool.
