Soniya is an amazing babysitter! She got along really well with our both kids (4 & 1.5 years old). They adored her and said she should visit us every day. She is very caring and patient with kids, and also proactive when it comes to cleaning things up. She also promised to cook us Nepalese food next time, which we’re really excited about. Before starting your search, take a little time to figure out what your needs are. Full-time support? Part-time care? On-call help? Make a wish list of necessary and preferred characteristics so you can apply the right filters to our web tool.

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.
