Venla on vastuuntuntoinen ja omistautuva lasten kanssa. Hän on kärsivällinen, rauhallinen, omatoimimen ja selvästi tykkää olla pienten kanssa. Kokemus päiväkotiharjoittelusta on tuonut perspektiiviä - ymmärtää hyvin pienten päivärytmin ja tarpeet. Vähän isommatkin koululaiset saanut lempeästi ohjattua yöpuulle ilman mutinoita.
